Newsletter November 08(posted: 11-11-2008)
Dear Koi Club Member
We are now adding new koi to our web site daily this week
ALL koi have been re-priced & re-photographed in readiness for our NEW web site
Due this coming weekend.
You will see MANY high quality koi at very low prices, making Richdon koi THE only place to consider a new koi this autumn!
These koi are on SALE this weekend.
This Saturday (15th November) 2pm, we are holding a koi seminar. Richard will be giving a indoor talk on growing tosai. See how it all started with Richdon, how koi are selected, the results and what the future holds for Richdon.
If this event interests you then please email firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know of numbers.
Tea, coffee, soft drinks, biscuits and Mince pies will be on offer too!
For those of you who have ordered from our Japan pages we intend to place our prize draw to win the FREE kohaku.
This week we will be recieving all the koi purchased on our buying trip to Japan.
These will be placed into a STRICT no public access quarantine in our registered quarantine facility.
We have taken steps for CEFAS to inspect our facility and to be a resgistered koi farm.
Following strict bio-security measures laid out by Chris Walster MRCVS all our koi undertake a documented quarantine procedures. With NO public access or viewing to this facility.
These koi are planned to be photographed next week, on our new website for sale, and then on view/sale December 13th & 14th.
Loyalty points-Use up to 50% of the value.
Due to the increasing credit crunch and poor Yen exchange we are now asking that points up to 50% of the value of a koi purchased be used. In otherwords if a koi of £500 is for sale and 10% discount the total will be £450. You can then use up to £225 worth of points against this koi.
This is at present voluntary but come January 1st 2009 it will be in force for the forseeable future.
See you soon
The Richdon koi Team
